1. Who we are

ContentFlows is a product of Green Yoga Inc. Green Yoga Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the ContentFlows website and service available at contentflows.cc. Contact: hello@contentflows.cc.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, company name, and password when you sign up.
Brand configuration: your company name, brand voice, content topics, logo, and social account tokens you enter in the admin dashboard.
Usage data: content generated, approval actions, subscription plan, and billing history.
Email subscribers: if you use ContentFlows to manage your subscriber list, those email addresses are stored on your behalf.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, access logs — for security and debugging only.

3. How we use your information

Provide, operate, and improve the ContentFlows service.
Generate AI content using your brand configuration.
Send transactional emails (approval requests, account notifications, billing receipts).
Send your audience newsletters on your behalf (only when you authorize a send).
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content or brand data to train AI models.

4. Email communications & unsubscribe

ContentFlows sends two types of email:

Transactional emails (approval requests, receipts, account alerts) — sent to you as the account holder. These cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Subscriber newsletters — sent to your end-subscribers on your behalf. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time and will be immediately removed from future sends.

To stop receiving all email from ContentFlows, cancel your account at https://contentflows.cc/admin or email us at hello@contentflows.cc.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless required by law to retain longer. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

6. Third-party services

OpenAI — used to generate content. Prompts may be sent to OpenAI's API. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — handles payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure hosting, email delivery (SES), file storage (S3).
Cloudflare — edge network and DDoS protection.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@contentflows.cc to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted secrets management, per-tenant data isolation, and access controls. We do not share your social media tokens with any party other than the respective platform APIs.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
