Getting started
This guide walks you through signing up for ContentFlows, setting up your brand, and getting your first piece of AI-generated content ready for approval — all in under 10 minutes.
1. Create your account
Navigate to contentflows.cc and click Start free trial. You'll be asked for:
- Your email address
- Your company name
- A password
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your address and complete registration.

2. Enroll in two-factor authentication (TOTP)
ContentFlows uses TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) as the only login method — there is no email code fallback. You must enroll in an authenticator app during your first login.

3. Configure your brand
After logging in, go to the Brandtab in your dashboard. You'll see two options:
- AI Brand Tuning — paste your company motto, direction, and target market. ContentFlows will call AI to generate your industry category, brand voice, and content topics automatically.
- Manual configuration — fill in the fields directly if you already know your brand voice and topics.

4. Connect your channels
Go to the Integrations tab and connect the channels you want ContentFlows to publish to:
- Email newsletter list
You only need to do this once. See the Channel setup guide.
5. Generate your first content
Once your brand is configured, ContentFlows will generate content on your chosen schedule. You can also trigger a manual generation from the Content tab.
Each piece lands in your inbox for approval. Approve it with one click — no login required. Once approved, it publishes automatically to all connected channels.
You're all set
That's it — ContentFlows will keep generating and sending content for approval on your schedule. You just review and click approve.
